Just ordered -- through my son in Melbourne -- the Canon Powershot SX 10 IS. See review.
The price I'm paying Aussie $535. I gather that this same camera costs around $760 in Singapore. At the current exchange rate of approx 1:1 between the two currencies, I think I did great. On Amazon this camera is US$349 and at this price, US shoppers have it better than we.
I wish the retailers in Singapore would really review their pricing and make shopping in Singapore cheap once again. I not sure how prices could be cheaper DownUnder than in Singapore.
